Office Coordinator(Female)

As a fresher or professional team player, you will be supporting the business imperatives of the business and corporate development team. This role involves working closely with clients, partners, and within organization SBUs to identify and gather necessary information, coordinate and confirm the completion of processes and activities, and ensure seamless and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: - Handle clients effectively and maintain positive relationships - Administer daily activities and projects while ensuring compliance - Submit daily reports to the immediate reporting authority - Collaborate with the sales, marketing, or business development team to create tailored presentations and marketing materials for potential clients - Establish and manage appropriate databases (for leads, events, etc.) - Document campaigns for monitoring, evaluation, and improvement - Demonstrate the ability to approach stakeholders with independent thinking and problem-solving skills - Work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team Qualifications and Skills: - Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word - A strong team player capable of working independently - Excellent customer service skills Qualification: Any Graduates/Post Graduates,
