Salary Range:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Executive

Daily tasks may include maintaining records, preparing MIS/Excel reports, assisting in HR/finance documentation, coordinating with different departments, and supporting overall business operations.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Experience in administrative or back-office roles is preferred but not mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred, but freshers with strong skills can also apply)
