Job Summary:

We are looking for an Office Coordinator who can manage daily office operations, handle Excel & Tally entries, coordinate with teams, and maintain records and documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain daily reports using MS Excel
  • Handle Tally entries, billing, vouchers, and basic accounting work
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors
  • Manage calls, emails, and daily follow-ups
  • Maintain office records, documentation, and filing
  • Assist in purchase orders, invoice checking, and stock updates
  • Support management in day-to-day office operations
  • Ensure smooth communication and workflow within the office

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, formatting, reporting)
  • Working knowledge of Tally ERP
  • Strong communication & coordination abilities
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks

Salary: As per experience and industry standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,625.62 - ₹26,033.82 per month
