Job Description

ob Title: Office Coordinator – Rice Premix Operations

Job Summary:
Responsible for tracking rice premix production and delivery updates, preparing quotations, and managing audit-related documentation to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and update daily rice premix production and delivery status.
Prepare accurate quotations and share them with customers or management.
Maintain and compile audit documents, ensuring all records are complete and up to date.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely information flow.
Ensure proper filing, documentation, and follow-up on pending tasks.

Required Skills:

Good coordination and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Strong attention to detail and document management

Ability to multitask and follow timelines

Qualifications:

Minimum Graduate (B.A./B.Com/B.Sc.) from a recognized university
1–3 years of experience in office coordination, documentation, or administrative roles (manufacturing/FMCG experience preferred)
Good command of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Basic understanding of quotation preparation, dispatch coordination, and audit documentation
Strong attention to detail, record-keeping, and follow-up skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
