Job Responsibilities -Office Coordinator

• Assist managers in day-to-day office coordination.
• Handle administrative tasks: data entry, document preparation, bills processing, filing, report generation.
• Support team members on various projects and assignments.
• Prepare reports and presentations as required.
• Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Education: Any Graduate

Job Type

• Full-Time | On-Site
• Experience: 1–2 years in relevant roles
• Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Technical knowledge (preferred for Service Engineer role)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
