  • Events: Prepare and schedule company activities, meetings, and events.
  • Policies: Communicate and implement office policies.
  • Filing: Maintain an organized and systematic filing system.
  • Supplies: Manage office supplies.
  • Customers: Greet clients and visitors, respond to employee concerns, and offer high standards of customer service.

Some other responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with scheduling and billing
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies
  • Performing other clerical tasks as needed
  • Training and awareness

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
