Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to handle routine office tasks and assist in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be punctual, disciplined, and have a positive attitude toward supporting office staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Keep the office premises, workstations, and meeting rooms clean and organized.
Handle outdoor tasks such as delivering documents, collecting couriers, and banking-related work.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical support.
Maintain stock of pantry and cleaning supplies.
Support administrative staff in basic tasks when required.
Ensure the office environment is neat, tidy, and welcoming at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: SSLC / 10th pass or equivalent.
Prior experience as an office boy or helper is an advantage.
Honest, reliable, and well-presented.
Ability to handle multiple small tasks efficiently.
Willingness to run errands and assist in various departments as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
