Job description: Office Boy
Department: Administration
Location: Vimannagar, Pune
Reporting to: Admin Manager / Office In-charge
Job Summary:
The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and assisting in day-to-day office operations. This role ensures that the office runs smoothly by handling basic administrative and support tasks such as serving refreshments, managing files, and performing errands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the office, pantry, and washrooms.
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical work.
- Handle indoor and outdoor office errands (bank work, courier, etc.).
- Ensure proper maintenance of office supplies and report shortages to the admin.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, and maintaining order.
- Handle basic maintenance tasks such as switching off lights and systems at the end of the day.
- Support staff with small tasks as assigned by the management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Education: 10th or 12th pass.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi/English/Marathi .
- Honest, punctual, and well-groomed.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: [10:00 AM – 7:00 PM]
