Job Description

Back Office Executive (Documentation) who is good in business drafting letters, should understand govt. circulars and utilize the updates in day to day processing, Can prepare proposals independently. May assist with follow up work, preparing various reports, good in taking follow up with clients and internal agencies and client Management.

Education:

Graduate or undergraduate from commerce background.
Female Preferred

Salary Range
No bar totally depend on Interview Performance.

Required Skills:

· Ability to work with direction, manage multiple tasks and projects.

· Ability to work within a team environment and provide back-up support to other assistants as needed.

· Creative thinker with the ability to make decisions and execute effectively.

· Systematic approach in carrying out assignments including appropriate follow-up with clients.

Skills:

Typing - English will be preferred (Marathi typing will be an added advantage).

Communication - Good (Verbal & Written) command over English, Marathi & Hindi Language.
