Job Title: Office Incharge (Accounts) Location: Vimannagar Pune Department: Accounts, Taxation & Compliance Reporting To: Director Experience: CA qualified (Pass out) Qualification: CA Qualification is must Key Responsibilities: 1. Real Estate Accounting & Finance · Maintain books of accounts project-wise and entity-wise using Tally/ERP. · Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and audit reports. · Track project budgets, work-in-progress (WIP), sales, and cost allocation. · Handle registration, stamp duty, and documentation-related financial aspects. 2. CA Office Functions (Practice-style Work) · Handle end-to-end GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance for the firm and clients (if applicable). · File ITRs, TDS returns, GST returns, and handle assessments. · Draft and review financial statements for audit and compliance purposes. · Independently manage audits under Companies Act, Income Tax, and RERA (if applicable). · Keep up to date with MCA compliance, ROC filings, and LLP filings. 3. MIS & Financial Planning · Generate project-wise MIS, cash flow, and fund flow reports. · Prepare forecast reports for internal use and bank reporting. · Monitor receivables/payables and raise red flags as needed. 4. Supervision & Leadership · Lead and guide a small accounts/finance team within the firm. · Supervise interns or junior staff for basic compliance or data entry tasks. · Independently communicate with bankers, consultants, auditors, and clients. 5. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance · Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and all relevant registrations and renewals. · Coordinate and comply with audit requirements (internal, statutory, or tax). · Liaise with CA firms, legal teams, and government authorities. 6. Desired Skills & Competencies · Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit, and statutory laws. · Well-versed with Tally ERP, Excel, and compliance portals (GST, Income Tax, MCA). · Hands-on experience in managing a professional office with deadlines. · Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
