Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Office Boy to handle routine office tasks and assist in external errands such as banking and document delivery. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of bank-related activities, be capable of riding a motorbike, and be committed to supporting the office environment with efficiency and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and washrooms Serve refreshments (tea/coffee/water) to staff and guests Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks Visit banks for cheque deposits, cash withdrawals, document submission, etc. Handle external office errands such as delivering/collecting documents Manage stock of office supplies and report shortages Assist administrative staff with basic tasks as required Receive and distribute office mail and packages Requirements: Minimum education: 10th pass or equivalent Prior experience as office boy/helper is a plus Basic knowledge of banking processes (deposits, collections, etc.) Must have a valid two-wheeler license and ability to ride a bike confidently Good interpersonal and communication skills Trustworthy, disciplined, and punctual Physically fit and active Able to follow instructions and work independently Preferred Skills: Familiarity with nearby bank branches and office areas Knowledge of basic documentation and courier processes Polite and well-mannered behavior
