Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office, including workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, and reception area
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests as needed
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and distribution of documents
Assist in the preparation of meeting rooms and arrange necessary materials
Deliver and collect documents, mail, or parcels within or outside the office
Run general errands and support administrative staff as required
Monitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, beverages, toiletries, etc.)
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly
Maintain proper hygiene and adhere to safety and office protocols

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment (printer, scanner, etc.)
Polite, presentable, and professional demeanor
Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions
Trustworthy, punctual, and hardworking
Flexible and willing to take on various tasks as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
