Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Transport company staff, visitors, and guests to and from designated locations in a timely and safe manner
Deliver and collect official documents, packages, and office supplies between departments or external locations
Ensure proper maintenance of the company vehicle, including regular servicing, cleaning, and reporting any mechanical issues
Assist with other office-related tasks when not driving, such as photocopying, filing, or running errands
Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and trip logs
Ensure compliance with traffic rules and company safety regulations at all times
Notify management of any accidents, delays, or incidents immediately
Maintain confidentiality and act professionally at all times, especially when transporting senior staff or guests

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license (Class B or equivalent, depending on location)
Proven experience as a company or office driver
Clean driving record and strong knowledge of local road networks
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Flexibility to work beyond regular hours when required
Basic mechanical skills or knowledge is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
