Role Overview

SolarX is looking for a proactive and organized individual who can manage both office administration and tele-sales responsibilities. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations while also driving lead engagement and appointment bookings.

Salary: 15k per month

Key Responsibilities

Office & Administration

• Manage office operations, documentation, and filing
• Maintain customer records, quotations, invoices, and installation documents
• Coordinate with field teams (BDEs, installers) for scheduling
• Handle walk-in customer inquiries
• Assist with basic accounting entries and vendor bills
• Keep the office neat, organized, and running smoothly

Tele-Sales & Customer Communication

• Make outbound calls to warm leads from marketing and field teams
• Explain solar benefits, pricing basics, and process clearly
• Book site visits for the Business Development Executives
• Follow up with leads until conversion
• Maintain daily call logs and CRM/Excel updates
• Attend incoming customer calls and WhatsApp messages

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Telugu; Hindi/English is a plus
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email)
• Confident speaking on calls and handling customers
• 0–3 years experience in admin, tele-sales, or customer service
• High reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
