Key Responsibilities: Client Coordination (No Sales Calls)Make reminder calls to clients for document submission, due dates, and outstanding fees follow-up. Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned team member. Maintain a record of client communications and follow-ups. Back Office & ReportingPrepare daily reporting of employees’ tasks and work in hand. Track deadlines and support management in work monitoring. Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation. Office & Administrative WorkManage incoming calls, visitors, and day-to-day office work. Ensure proper file management (physical and digital). Assist management in smooth coordination between teams. Social Media HandlingManage basic updates on firm’s social media pages. Coordinate with external vendors/marketers for creative posts, if required. Requirements: Graduate (any stream); Commerce background preferred. Experience in back office/admin/telecaller role will be an advantage. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi Strong organizational, follow-up, and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer knowledge. Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). What We Offer Fixed salary (no sales targets).
