Working Hours : 7 AM to 7PM (Lunch Hour: 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM) Salary : 7,000/- to 10,000/-based on your experience. Job Descriptions Address and resolve issues raised by students or learners as directed by management. Upload videos, data, and information into the computer, website, and app as instructed by management. Coordinate class schedules and consult with faculty or teachers as assigned by management. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues in office equipment as instructed by management. Prepare all notes and all study material content into digital format in computer. Perform all computer-related tasks, including troubleshooting, software updates, and assisting with general IT needs. Assist with counselling, admissions, and fee collection for students as assigned by management. Perform tasks such as scanning, printing, and making photocopies of documents or other materials as directed by management. Teach computer and competitive topics to students when assigned by management. Ensure all organizational assets and equipment are maintained in an orderly and synchronized manner. Take over and carry out the responsibilities of absent staff as directed by management. Travel with team to Andhra Pradesh for B.Ed exams as required. Attend college-specific seminars and represent the organization as directed by management. Assist with organisation marketing activities to promote the organization. Communicate with students through calls, messages, or in person to support organizational growth and gather information as assigned by management. Visit and collaborate with other institutions to support the organization’s growth. Perform any other duties assigned by the management in line with the role and organizational needs.
