Responsible for day-to-day operations of the SMART Centre/s. Reports to the MSWS management and TMF. Participate in the capacity building programs organized for the Project Staff. Provide necessary operational support to the remaining Project Staff in the day-to-day operations of the SMART Centre. Responsible for maintenance of all the documents/records as per the SOP/MoU/Annexure and data compilation and reporting to MSWS management & TMF as per the requirement. Orientation & Induction of the Centre Level Project Staff and Students. Update SMART MIS on regular basis. Conduct Performance Review of all the Project Staff and report to MSWS management & Donor. Monitor completion of recommended curriculum and assessments in the classrooms on regular basis. Ensure Quality of training Responsible for upkeep of Assets, training Kit and centre Look. Participate in the review meetings with donor. Assist management in recruitment of supporting staff. Ensure meeting project deadline related to mobilization, enrolments and placements. Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere. Discover training needs and provide coaching. Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
