About Us: Padam Properties is a dynamic real estate firm specializing in leasing of commercial properties. We’re seeking a proactive Office Assistant (female) who can support daily administrative tasks while managing and maintaining our CRM system. Key Responsibilities: ·       Maintain and update client records in our CRM system ·       Track leads, schedule follow-ups, and ensure timely client communications ·       Making presentations on PowerPoint. ·       Handling communications with clients. ·       Making calls to existing clients ·       Generate CRM reports for the sales team and management ·       Prepare and organize documents, contracts, and internal records ·       Handle email correspondence and office filing systems ·       Order office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Qualifications ·       Graduate in any field ·       Minimum 1+ year of administrative or office experience (real estate experience a plus) ·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills ·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) ·       Must be skilled in Social Media
