Office Assistant / Office Boy

Office Support Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of hospital offices, cabins, and common areas.
• Serve tea, coffee, or water to doctors, staff, and visitors as required.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging chairs, tables, and refreshments.
• Collect and distribute files, letters, and documents between departments.
• Handle photocopying, scanning, and printing tasks when assigned.

Patient and Staff Assistance

• Guide patients or visitors to the appropriate departments, wards, or doctors.
• Carry reports, test samples, or documents between reception, labs, pharmacy, and wards.
• Support nursing and administrative staff with small errands and delivery tasks.
• Help maintain patient waiting areas neat and organized.

Maintenance and Housekeeping Support

• Ensure proper waste disposal and cleanliness around administrative areas.
• Report any maintenance issues (lights, fans, furniture, etc.) to the maintenance team.
• Assist with shifting light equipment or furniture when required.

Administrative Assistance

• Help in dispatching letters, couriers, or internal memos.
• Support staff during hospital events or meetings.
• Maintain stock of pantry and office supplies (cups, water bottles, stationery, etc.).

Conduct and Compliance

• Follow hospital safety, hygiene, and confidentiality rules.
• Maintain a polite, respectful attitude toward patients and staff.
• Report to the Administrative Officer or Front Office In-charge.
• Punctuality and proper uniform compliance are mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,931.98 - ₹16,963.05 per month
