Location : K R Puram, Seegehalli Bangalore – 560049

Educational Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.

Experience : 1 to 2 yrs

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining the office premises, including dusting and vacuuming.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of all office areas, pantry, and meeting rooms.
• Assisting in setting up meeting rooms and preparing them for meetings, including arranging chairs, tables.
• Assisting in the preparation of refreshments for meetings and events.
• Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors on request.
• Clear and clean used cups and utensils from desks and meeting rooms.
• Assist with basic errands such as document delivery within the office.
• Support in organizing and tidying meeting rooms before and after use.
• Monitor and refill pantry supplies, such as tea, coffee, sugar, and water bottles.
• Empty waste bins and ensure office cleanliness in communal areas (pantry, corridors, etc.).
• Assist admin staff with small office tasks when needed.
• Always maintain proper hygiene, neat appearance, and professional behavior.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of office work and hygiene standards.
• Polite, disciplined, and punctual.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
