Job Description

Office Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness of the office, including desks, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Ensure that office supplies (tea, coffee, water, stationery) are stocked.
Monitor and report any repair or maintenance needs.

Hospitality & Pantry Assistance

Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Manage the pantry area and keep utensils clean.
Ensure drinking water is available and dispensers are filled.

Errand Running

Handle simple office errands such as going to the bank, post office, or nearby stores (if required).
Assist in receiving and delivering courier packages.

Support Tasks

Assist staff in moving light office equipment or arranging furniture for meetings.
Support the HR/admin team with small tasks as directed.

Skills & Qualifications:

Basic reading and writing skills (minimum high school preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, responsible, and trustworthy.
Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of cleaning and pantry management.

Work Environment:

Office-based position, typically full-time.
May require occasional lifting of light items.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
