Job Description

1. Primary Responsibility – Transportation & Logistics Management

Coordinate with transporters and arrange trucks as per requirement.
Negotiate transportation / freight rates with transporters.
Ensure timely placement of trucks at the factory or loading location.
Coordinate with the factory team for proper loading of materials.
Maintain accurate records of the stock being dispatched.
Hand over all relevant documents such as bills, e-way bills, and dispatch papers to the concerned person.
Track the truck movement during transit and keep updates ready.
Inform the site team about truck details, material dispatch information, and expected arrival time.
Manage the complete end-to-end dispatch and logistics process.

2. Travel Management

Book air tickets, train tickets, and bus tickets for office staff.
Manage hotel bookings and prepare travel itineraries for outstation travel.
Share complete travel details with the concerned employees.

3. Office Coordination & Administrative Support

Prepare daily reports such as dispatch reports, stock movement reports, travel logs, etc.
Maintain and update all data in Excel and submit reports on a daily basis.
Handle documentation, filing, email coordination, and basic office administration tasks.

4. Communication & Coordination

Ensure smooth communication between transporters, factory teams, site personnel, and office staff.
Report daily activities, updates, and any issues to management in a timely manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
