Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The candidate should be well-versed in office management tasks, proficient in MS Word and Excel, and capable of handling day-to-day administrative and accounting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain staff attendance records.
  • Draft and reply to emails in a professional manner.
  • Handle GST, ESI, and PF-related work.
  • Assist in banking and accounts-related tasks.
  • Maintain office documentation and records.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
  • Knowledge of GST, ESI, and PF processes.
  • Basic knowledge of banking and accounts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Punctual and responsible with working hours (9 AM – 5 PM).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
