Job Description

An Office Assistant should have a logical mind, be a people person, and have experience in office management. They should also be able to work as part of a team and respond quickly to requests from management.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing orders, ensuring supplies are delivered on time, and monitoring project schedules
  • Supporting the team with data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Keeping the office stocked with supplies, monitoring equipment, and managing office budgets and expenses
  • Pitching of services to probable customers
  • Arrange meetings with the clients or visit their offices to pitch service which your company is offering
  • Increase the sales of the company.
  • Purchase of project material within timeline
  • Following up with new and existing clients.
  • Calling & communicating with clients for various business inquiries
  • Modifying pitches in response to customer demand.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Acquiring and retaining contact information databases.
  • Following up with new and existing clients.
  • Acquiring new projects for the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
