Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist visitors in a professional manner.- Support various departments with routine tasks and projects as needed.- Maintain and organize records, both electronic and physical.- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.- Help in preparing reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proven track record of 1-2 years with a reputed company.
