Job Title: Computer Operator cum Office Assistant (Female) Location: Karkhana, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana Type: Full-Time (Office Desk, Work from Office) Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹15,000 per month (Bond-Based Employment)   Role Overview We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Operator cum Office Assistant (Female) to provide administrative and technical support. The ideal candidate will have excellent MS Office skills, fast and accurate typing abilities, and expertise in creating professional documents and presentations. Key Responsibilities MS Office Proficiency: Create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Presentation Design: Develop visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for Fire Audit Site Observation Reports and other business needs. Typing & Drafting: Draft and type official letters, office documents, and communications with a minimum typing speed of 60 WPM. Data Entry & Records: Maintain accurate records of progress reports, data sheets, and other prescribed formats. Meeting Support: Assist in preparing minutes, agendas, and reports for workshops, conferences, and meetings. Administrative Support: Handle general office duties, manage correspondence, and ensure proper documentation. Task Execution: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting officer. Required Skills & Qualifications Female candidates only (Age: 18–25 years). Graduate in any stream (except Engineering). Proven proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage. Strong ability to design professional and attractive presentations. Excellent typing speed (minimum 60 WPM) with high accuracy. Strong drafting and documentation skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
