Office Assistant (Admin & Operations)

Type: Full-time
Experience: 1 – 3 years

About the Role

You’ll keep the office running smoothly—managing admin, documentation, basic accounting support, and day-to-day coordination with teams, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front desk: calls, emails, visitor handling, meeting scheduling.
  • Documentation & data entry: Google Workspace/MS Office; maintain files (digital & physical).
  • Purchase & vendor coordination: stationery, utilities, AMC follow-ups.
  • Courier, inventory, and office supplies tracking.
  • Travel & logistics: bookings, reimbursements, petty cash handling.
  • Basic accounts support: bill/invoice preparation, receipts, expense entries (Excel/Tally—training can be provided).
  • Support HR/ops: onboarding docs, attendance follow-ups, small office errands when needed.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, Email & WhatsApp Business.
  • Clear communication in English & Hindi; professional etiquette.
  • High ownership, organization, and attention to detail.

Good to Have

  • Basics of working on computer.
  • Prior admin/office coordination experience.
  • Two-wheeler & valid license (for local errands).

Work Hours & Employment

  • Standard business hours (Mon–Sat as applicable); occasional flexibility for deadlines/events.
  • Employment type: Full-time with probation (e.g., 3 months).
