Job Description

The Office Assistant – Sales supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating customer communication, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the sales department. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, scheduling, and document preparation. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems) with accurate contact and sales information. Prepare quotations, invoices, sales reports, and other required documentation. Assist in processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery coordination. Communicate with customers to handle inquiries, provide product/service information, and follow up on pending issues. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance, and marketing) to support sales activities. Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for sales records and correspondence. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals. Monitor office supplies and ensure availability of materials for the sales team. Support event planning, meetings, and trade show logistics as needed.
