Job Title: Office Administrator
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a confident and organized Office Administrator to manage front-desk activities and support daily operations. The role includes welcoming visitors, providing course information, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in visitors
Provide information about courses and services
Handle inquiries via phone and WhatsApp
Maintain accurate records and follow-ups
Support onboarding and coordinate with internal teams
Perform general admin and front-desk duties
Requirements:
Strong communication in English & Hindi
Friendly, well-presented, and people-focused
Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM)
Organized and able to multitask efficiently
