Job Title: Office Administrator Location: Noida, UP Job Type: Initial 6-month contract position, further considered for long-term permanent position Job Description: As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing routine tasks, maintaining records, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth workflow. Tasks & Responsibilities: Filing & maintaining physical paper-copy materials Organizing digital documents on cloud drive folders Data entry & Managing records in both hard and soft copy formats Managing printing, scanning, document signing. Sending reminders and follow-ups to all vendors and members, as instructed Booking travel and accommodations Assist in accounting data entry of invoices, receipts, and expenses Collecting and organizing invoices and orders Email & phone Phone communication handling with vendors and customers Tracking online orders and courier management Filling details in bank forms, NDAs, registrations etc. Monitor and restock office supplies and house-keeping inventory, as needed. Support the implementation of company policies and procedures. Handle routine correspondence and response to inquiries. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any stream Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google docs Basic computer skills. Good English communication skills, written and verbal Attention to detail, thoroughness in clerical tasks Strong organizational and time-management skills.
