Sales Counsellor

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending walk-in customers, explaining our courses/services, and converting inquiries into admissions or sales. In addition, the role includes making follow-up calls to leads and assisting with basic administrative tasks related to student onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the office Explain our course offerings clearly and confidently Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions Coordinate with the training/admin team for smooth onboarding Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients

Key Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (any regional language is a plus) Confident, presentable, and people-friendly Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM, etc.) Sales-driven mindset and willingness to achieve targets Ability to handle walk-in queries and phone conversations
