Sales Counsellor

We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Sales Counsellor to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, explaining our courses/services, and converting inquiries into enrollments. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator with a sales-driven mindset and a passion for helping people make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in clients at the office. Clearly explain course offerings and services to potential students. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate programs. Follow up with leads via phone and WhatsApp. Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and successful conversions. Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships. Key Requirements: Strong verbal communication skills and confident personality. Presentable, approachable, and comfortable speaking with clients. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM tools, etc.). Goal-oriented attitude with a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets. Ability to manage walk-in queries and phone follow-ups efficiently.
