Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Student & Parent Counselling

  • Conduct telephonic and in-person counselling sessions.
  • Present Qlass programs clearly and confidently.

2. Sales & Revenue Achievement

  • Convert leads into admissions through structured follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely fee collection.
  • Meet monthly collection benchmarks to activate salary + incentives.

3. Lead & Pipeline Management

  • Work on leads from CRM, marketing funnels, referrals, walk-ins, and school tie-ups.
  • Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and conversion notes.

4. Collaboration & Execution

  • Coordinate with academic, operations, and marketing teams.
  • Participate in events, parent meetings, and outreach activities.

5. Reporting & Strategy

  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Plan monthly strategies to achieve sales milestones (10, 20, 25, 40, 50, 75, 100).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential

  • Strong communication skills (Hindi required; English preferred).
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and close admissions.
  • Target-driven, resilient, and comfortable in a performance-first environment.
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, WhatsApp, Google Sheets).

Preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in EdTech sales, tele-counselling, or revenue-driven roles.
