Sales Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending walk-in customers, explaining our courses/services, and converting inquiries into admissions or sales. In addition, the role includes making follow-up calls to leads and assisting with basic administrative tasks related to student onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the office • Explain our course offerings clearly and confidently • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses • Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp • Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions • Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients

Key Requirements:

• Good communication skills • Confident, presentable, and people-friendly • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM, etc.) • Sales-driven mindset and willingness to achieve targets • Ability to handle walk-in queries and phone conversations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
