Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Office management:

    Oversee office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure the office space is clean and organized.
  • Financial support:

    Perform basic bookkeeping, process invoices, and manage office budgets and expenses.
  • Facility and equipment maintenance:

    Coordinate repairs and maintenance for office equipment and facilities.
  • Human resources support:

    Assist with new hire onboarding, maintain personnel records, and help organize training sessions.
  • Point of contact:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors.

Key skills and qualifications

  • Skills:

    Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Technical skills:

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) is often required.
  • Experience:

    2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Education:

    A high school diploma is typically required, with some roles preferring a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
