Job Description

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to both new and existing customers. Inquiry Handling: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and personalized service. Feedback Collection: Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement. Database Management: Develop and maintain customer databases, ensuring data accuracy. Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a smooth sales process and customer handover. Retention: Develop and implement customer retention strategies. Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, working with other departments if needed. Communication: Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person, providing updates and support. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. Reporting: Prepare reports and MIS on customer interactions and satisfaction Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
