Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This includes answering incoming calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, data entry, office management, travel arrangements, event planning, and providing support to different teams within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls when necessary - Dealing with email enquiries in a timely manner - Arranging appointments and conference meetings - Conducting data entry tasks accurately - Managing general office tasks such as ordering stationary supplies - Organizing travel and accommodation for both staff and customers - Planning and coordinating internal and external events - Possibly maintaining the company's social media accounts - Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers, and Senior Management Qualifications Required: - Any Degree - Good communication skills Additional Details: The company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, flexible schedule, and internet reimbursement. The preferred experience includes 1 year of Microsoft Office usage and a total work experience of 1 year. Please note that this is a full-time position suitable for freshers, and the work location is in person.
