Job Description

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required - Dealing with email enquiries - Arranging appointments and conference meetings - Data entry - General office management such as ordering stationary - Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers - Arranging both internal and external events - Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts - Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers, and Senior Management Qualifications required: - Any Degree - Good Communication knowledge In addition to the above responsibilities, you may also be required to maintain the company's social media accounts.
