Position: Admin – Accounts/Documentation & Back-End Support

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin professional to manage day-to-day accounts, documentation, and backend operations, ensuring smooth internal processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Management

  • Assist in handling basic bookkeeping (invoices, receipts, petty cash, expense tracking).
  • Coordinate with external accountants for monthly/quarterly financial reporting and tax filing.
  • Monitor payments, vendor bills, and ensure timely settlements.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain company records, contracts, and agreements (both physical and digital).
  • Prepare and update internal documents, reports, and compliance-related files.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all documentation.

Administrative & Back-End Support

  • Manage office operations, including vendor coordination and procurement of office supplies.
  • Support HR with employee records, onboarding documentation, and attendance tracking.
  • Handle day-to-day backend tasks, scheduling, and inter-departmental communication.
  • Provide support in client documentation, proposals, and project filing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, accounts, or back-end operations (startup or SME experience preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks or other accounting software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in documentation and accounts.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic financial compliance.
  • Experience in vendor management or procurement.
  • Knowledge of digital tools for workflow automation (Notion, Slack, Trello).

Pay: ₹9,646.69 - ₹35,827.86 per month
