About Us

We are a metal fabrication company engaged in manufacturing pressure vessels, boilers, heat exchangers, storage tanks, structural steelwork, and other custom-fabricated equipment for industrial clients.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office work, correspondence, and basic documentation. The role involves writing emails, maintaining Excel sheets, and coordinating with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and send professional emails and letters to clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Maintain Excel sheets for enquiries, quotations, orders, materials, and dispatch details
  • Keep a record of raw material and finished goods data in coordination with stores/production
  • Handle phone calls and basic customer/vendor queries
  • Maintain digital and physical filing of documents (POs, invoices, challans, drawings, etc.)
  • Assist in preparing documents for quotations, tenders and submissions
  • Support management with general office administration and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Graduate in any Commerce field
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel is a must (data entry, basic formulas, formatting)
  • Good English writing skills for emails and letters
  • Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Organized, disciplined, and willing to learn basic technical terms related to fabrication
  • Minimum 3 years of experience

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in office administration / back office / coordination
  • Experience in a manufacturing/fabrication/engineering company

Schedule & Compensation

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Above 30,000 Rs. (depending on qualification and experience)
