responsible and organized Office Administrator

Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls/emails
  • Handle inventory, stationery, and office supplies
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Assist HR and the accounts department with data entry and documentation
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Prepare reports, letters, and basic correspondence

Requirements:


  • Graduate or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience as Office Admin or similar role (1+ years preferred)
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving approach
