Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant at CHINTAN SALES in Sanand. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, tender management, managing phone communications with professional etiquette, facilitating internal and external communication, and maintaining clerical functions.

Qualifications

• Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Clerical Skills
• Experience in office administration and coordination
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
