Job Description

We are looking for an Admin Executive who can efficiently manage day-to-day administration and support smooth functioning of branch operations. You will act as the Administrative SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all branch-related administrative activities.

Location: Rewa, MP
Immediate Joiner Preferred

Responsibilities Include

  • Day-to-day office administration and facility management
  • Petty cash handling
  • Maintaining attendance registers and office records
  • Coordinating with vendors for stationery, housekeeping, IT & other services
  • Inventory management & stock tracking
  • Handling office documentation, file management & company correspondence
  • Coordinating AMC, maintenance, and service requests
  • Handling travel arrangements and logistics (if required)
  • Ensuring office discipline and employee support
  • Supporting HR & operations teams in administrative tasks
  • Maintaining MIS reports and preparing administrative summaries
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies within the branch

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
