Documentation and filing: Creating and maintaining both electronic and physical filing systems, preparing reports, and handling data entry. Office management: Ordering and maintaining office supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring office equipment is in working order. Support: Assisting other departments with administrative duties, coordinating events, and helping with basic bookkeeping or expense reports.
