Job Description

Key Responsibilities: * Center Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of the coaching center to ensure smooth functioning. * Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries related to classes, timings, and faculty. *Class Scheduling: Coordinate with faculty to manage class schedules, rescheduling, and classroom allocation. * Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, fees, staff attendance, and inventory. * Fee Management: Coordinate with accounts team for fee collection, issuing receipts, and maintaining payment records. * Support to Staff and Faculty: Assist in administrative needs such as printing, managing exam schedules, and distributing materials. * Facility Management: Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the office and classrooms. * Inventory Management: Track and manage stock of stationery, study materials, and other office supplies. * Coordination: Liaise between departments, including counseling, teaching staff, and management. Requirements: * Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred). * 1–3 years of experience in office administration or similar roles (experience in educational/coaching institutions is a plus). * Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations. * Good organizational, time-management, and communication skills. * Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
