Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies and inventory. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain records, files, and documentation (digital and physical). Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Support HR processes such as maintaining attendance and leave records. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partners. Prepare and manage office reports, bills, and petty cash. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of the office. Assist management and team members in administrative tasks as required.
