Job Title: Office Admin Location: Bhubaneswar, Saheed Nagar, Odisha Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The Office Administrator is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth office functioning. This role includes handling communication, coordinating with teams, maintaining records, supporting management, and ensuring efficient workflow across departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized work environment. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. Maintain company records, files, and databases. Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and official documents. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and service providers. Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed. Support HR functions such as attendance tracking and onboarding new employees. Assist management in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications. Ensure all office equipment and IT systems are functioning properly. Handle petty cash, bills, and basic accounting entries (if required). Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred). Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing administrative operations in a service or technology-based company. Knowledge of office management software or MARG / Tally (optional).
