Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our teams, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling office correspondence. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and strong leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
  • Welcome and direct visitors, manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and coordinate maintenance and repairs as necessary.
  • Perform bookkeeping and financial tasks, such as recording transactions and preparing reports.
  • Maintain and update databases and records, including personnel, financial, and customer information.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and support HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and proposals as needed.
  • Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and office safety standards.
  • Organize office events, team meetings, and training sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Schooling: Completed high school education from CBSE/ICSE board.
  • Education: Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) – mandatory.
  • Proven experience in office administration or related roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Strong leadership ability and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and office management procedures.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in office administration, office management, or a similar administrative role.
  • Experience may include managing office operations, coordinating schedules, performing bookkeeping, supporting HR functions, or supervising administrative staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,723.19 per month
