Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Accountant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and assisting in financial reporting. This role requires a proactive approach to managing accounts and ensuring compliance with all accounting standards.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow effectively.
Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting.
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
