Job Description

As an OEM Sales professional in the Stainless Steel industry with 4-8 years of experience, you will be responsible for meeting new and existing customers to understand their requirements and effectively converting them into orders. You will play a crucial role in coordinating with customers and various internal departments such as Finance, PPC, Logistics, and Quality to ensure exceptional service delivery to customers. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify potential selling opportunities and evaluating customer needs. You will be expected to proactively seek new sales prospects through methods like cold calling, networking, and utilizing existing customer databases. Setting up meetings with potential clients, delivering presentations on products and services, negotiating and closing deals, as well as addressing complaints or objections will be part of your key responsibilities. Collaboration with team members to enhance overall sales results, gathering feedback from customers or prospects, and sharing insights with internal teams will be essential for your success in this role. A background in the Manufacturing industry along with a B.Tech/MBA education is mandatory for this position based in Mumbai.,
